ENVS 350 - Sustainable Food Production Practicum(1-6cr) A practicum course in which students gain hands-on practice with agricultural production techniques such as seedling, microgreen and plant propagation, raised bed and field production of vegetables, herbs and field crops, with an emphasis on sustainable techniques that conserve soil, water and biological resources. This course may be repeated to a maximum of 6 credits.
