PSYC 313 - Clinical Practicum(3 cr) Clinical Practicum is an undergraduate-level internship in Psychology. It provides supervised field experience (approximately 12 hours/week) in clinical/counseling and other human service settings, enabling students to integrate theory and practice. A variety of community-based organizations are used for student placement; students will need to have a car or arrange for transportation. This experience is supported by a weekly discussion/content seminar related to paraprofessional work in psychology. Previously titled Practicum in Psychology II. This course may be repeated to a maximum of 6 credits. Prerequisites: Permission of Instructor.
