Accounting Comprehensive, B.S.

The bachelor of science in accounting is designed to prepare students with the requisite skills for an entry-level position in the field of accounting, for the certified public accountant examination, and for continued education at the graduate level.  As part of the elective hours within the comprehensive accounting curriculum, students are encouraged to enroll in the accounting internship course as many of the internship experiences have led to full-time employment opportunities for the graduate or enroll in the designated electives to prepare for the certified management accountant examination.  Students may also minor in Accounting, which requires the completion of 15 hours of specific accounting courses.  Information about the minor can be found at the following link:  Accounting Minor
