BADM 380 - Organizational Behavior

(3 cr) This course will develop an understanding of organizational behavior through the individual, interpersonal, and collective levels. Students will comprehend crucial organizational behavior concepts and fully grasp how organizations operate and how people work within them. This course provides a systematic approach that will teach students how to analyze, describe, and manage attitudes and behavior in organizations. This knowledge will permit students to be more effective and efficient members of the organizations they belong to now and in the future. Prerequisites: BADM 310 .
