BADM 375 - Organizational Leadership

(3 cr) This course explores organizational leadership, emphasizing the history of leadership research, notable theories, models, skill development, and an understanding of the critical components of the leadership process. This comprehensive approach will give students a deep understanding of notable theories used in organizations today and help them understand what leadership theory might be helpful in different contexts. Students will develop practical skills to enhance their leadership ability and provide them with tools to become leaders and followers. Previously Strategic Marketing, Fall 1994 - Fall 2015. Prerequisites: BADM 310 .
