Accounting Minor

The minor in accounting is designed to give students a basic understanding of the accounting field. Students are exposed to a diverse accounting curriculum of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and federal taxation.

Required courses, 12 Hours:

ACCT 329 - Intermediate Financial Accounting I (3cr) *
ACCT 330 - Intermediate Financial Accounting II (3cr)
ACCT 305 - Managerial Accounting (3 cr)
ACCT 335 - Federal Taxation of Individuals (3cr)

Electives, 3 Hours:

Select one 300-400 level ACCT or BADM course (3cr).
