(3 cr) This theory course is designed to provide the student with a foundation for health promotion, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle; respect and care about patients’ differences, values, preferences, and needs; and the importance of self-care as a professional nurse. Prerequisites: Sophomore standing. Corequisite: FACS 328.
