CRIM 342 - Homeland Security(3cr) Serves as an introduction to the study of domestic security. This includes a critical assessment of the evolution of the concept and practice of homeland security in the United States after the 9-11 attacks, a treatment of key areas of homeland security policy, with particular attention to political violence, a brief introduction to relevant legal and ethical issues in domestic security, and a comparison of US practice with that of other developed countries.
