PSCI 455 - Constitutional Law 5: Equal Protection Issues(3cr) This course utilizes Supreme Court decisions to introduce students to the evolution of the constitutional right to privacy and to the different forms of discrimination in society. It focuses on the important role of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment in remedying historical and contemporary experiences of discrimination in multiple settings. Prerequisites: PSCI 100 or PSCI 101 or permission of instructor.
