PSCI 452 - Constitutional Law 2: Criminal Due Process

(3 cr) This course utilizes Supreme Court decisions to introduce students to the constitutional rights of the accused, the meaning of due process, the dynamics of the justice system, and the judicial branch’s role as a check on the government’s power to prosecute.

  Prerequisites: PSCI 100  or PSCI 101  or permission of instructor.
