PSCI 451 - Constitutional Law 1: Institutional Powers

(3 cr) This course utilizes Supreme Court decisions to introduce students to the development of American constitutional law, the interpretation of constitutional provisions, the concept of judicial review, and the division of power among the three branches of the federal government. Previously numbered PSCI 400; titled The Supreme Court and Constitutional Law. Prerequisites: PSCI 100  or PSCI 101  or permission of instructor.
