NUTR 330 - Nutrition Across the Life Span(3cr) A study of how nutrient requirements are altered across different stages of life including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, early childhood, middle childhood, adolescence, adulthood and later maturity. Students apply this knowledge to dietary requirements, recommendations, and food choices of these groups. Previously titled Life Span Nutition.
