(3 cr) This course examines different themes in constitutional law. The particular emphasis of the course may vary from year to year. Previously titled Topics in Constitutional Law. This course may be repeated up to five times to earn a maximum of 15 credits toward the Legal Studies concentration, so long as the topic is different. Prerequisites: PSCI 100 or PSCI 101 or permission of instructor.
