(1 cr) This course continues exploring routes of organic synthesis, mechanistic studies, molecular modeling, and modern techniques for the separation and characterization of organic compounds. Distillation, GC-MS, IR, and NMR studies are expanded. Prerequisites: CHEM 315, CHEM 315L, and CHEM 209L. Prerequisite/corequisite: Current or prior enrollment in CHEM 316 is required.
