MATH 105 - College Algebra

(3 cr) Topics in college algebra include properties of the real numbers; radicals and rational exponents; operations on polynomials and rational expressions; solution of linear and quadratic equations and inequalities; functions, including graphs and composite functions; properties of linear functions; and systems of two linear equations and inequalities. Prerequisites: MATH 101  or equivalent (MATH 101A  and MATH 101B ), or satisfactory math placement scores .
