BADM 412 - Strategic Marketing(3cr) Culminating study of the design of marketing strategy and its implementation in marketing plans; provides a solid analytical framework to develop strategic thinking, create a sophisticated awareness of the cutting edge developments in the field, and provide the experience of applying these concepts; considers the elements of marketing analysis that are at the core of making strategic marketing decisions: customer analysis, competitor analysis, and company analysis. Includes the creation of a marketing plan. Previously numbered BADM 375. Prerequisites: BADM 340 and permission of instructor.
