The unit of credit is the semester hour. Some courses are not offered every semester.
Courses numbered 100-199 are normally for first-year students (freshmen)
Courses numbered 200-299 are normally for second-year students (sophomores)
Courses numbered 300-399 are normally for third-year students (juniors)
Courses numbered 400-499 are normally for fourth-year students (seniors)
