Sustainable Food Production Certificate (Undergraduate)

The Sustainable Food Production Certificate is a non-degree, 21-hour program that couples foundational knowledge in sustainable agriculture and marketing with critical hands-on experience in food production techniques that are environmentally, socially and economically viable. The Certificate prepares students with the theory, practice and real-life experience needed to manage or launch a successful sustainable agriculture production enterprise.

* ENVS 300 , ENVS 340 , and ENVS 362  have prerequisites of ENVS 201 /ENVS 201L  and ENVS 202 /ENVS 202L .
