CHEM 330L - Biochemistry II Laboratory(1 cr) A second three-hours per week laboratory to be taken with CHEM 330 Biochemistry II. The course involves the application of techniques developed in CHEM 329L to problems associated with characterization of carbohydrates, proteins, and nucleic acids. Included in the experiments performed is the development of purification techniques, enzyme kinetics, and spectroscopic analysis. Prerequisites: CHEM 329 and CHEM 329L .
