CHEM 333L - Environmental Chemistry Lab

(1 cr) CHEM 333L is a one-credit laboratory course covering the techniques common in environmental testing and monitoring. Emphasis is placed on qualitative and quantitative methods used in water and soil analysis, alongside instrumental techniques, including chromatography and spectroscopy.  Also covered are sample preparation, accuracy and precision, and data analysis and evaluation. Prerequisites: CHEM 209L ; OR ENVS 201  AND ENVS 201L  AND ENVS 202  AND ENVS 202L . Corequisite: It is recommended, but not required, that CHEM 333  be taken concurrently.
