MUSC 513 - Choral Literature(3 cr) Students will examine numerous choral works from each of the major historical periods. Concentration will be given to a broad overview of those composers and compositions that can be performed by typical and higher-level high school and adult ensembles. Emphasis is on works of a practical nature that the student can bring to their current or future ensembles, to perform and to teach representative music of each composer and historical periods.
