PSCI 409 - Topics in Constitutional Law(3cr) Examines different themes in U.S. constitutional law. The particular emphasis of the course will vary from semester to semester. Topics and issues addressed may include the religion clauses, free expression, privacy and equal protection, and due process and the rights of the accused. Students may take this course up to four times for credit (maximum 12 credits) so long as the topic is different. Students may not take the identical topic more than once for credit. Prerequisites: PSCI 100 or PSCI 101 , or permission of instructor.
