A minor in chemistry is a good complement to individuals interested in medicine, psychiatry, dental, or veterinary professional degrees as well as other fields like biology and environmental studies.

Curriculum for a Minor in Chemistry, Traditional Track
The Chemistry minor requires 15 credits in CHEM courses at the 300-level or above. CHEM 325 and CHEM 490 may not be included. At least two credits must be lab credits.
