Political Communication Minor

With completion of the Political Communication minor, students will have:

1. Acquired multidisciplinary knowledge and in-depth understanding of both political institutions and processes and communication theory and techniques.
2. Developed an appreciation for civic engagement and activism; ethical practices in public affairs and communication; open, respectful, and evidence-based dialogue; and interdisciplinary approaches to knowledge and understanding.
3. Had opportunities to engage in inter-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary learning, practical experiential learning activities, and meaningful public service.
