PSYC 372 - Psychology of Learning

(3 cr) A survey of methods, empirical findings, and theoretical interpretations in human and animal learning, including such topics as classical and operant conditioning, animal cognition, and machine learning. The course also covers discrimination, generalization, and the role of reward, punishment, and other motivational variables in learning. Prerequisites: PSYC 251  and ENGL ENGL 102 , 103 , or 104 .
