(3 cr) Students develop a knowledge base PK-12 leadership roles and responsibilities. Students learn how to strategically develop positive school culture by investing in stakeholder collaboration, cultural awareness, and evidence-based strategic planning. Participants apply leadership theories to the PK-12 setting to advance the evaluation and assessment of school employees.
