MUSC 101 - Fundamentals of Musicianship

(2 cr) This course explores fundamentals of music theory, solfège, practice skills, performance practice, and places music in historical context.  The course is intended to augment an ensemble experience for non-music majors.  This course cannot be used to fulfill degree requirements for the music major or minor.   Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment in any MUEN required.
