ANTH 315 - Cultural Anthropology(3 cr) Cultural Anthropology is a study of contemporary world cultures with a focus on understanding the patterns of human behavior common to all people. The course will compare and contrast differing cultural world viewpoints related to key social institutions such as family and kinship, religion, economic systems, and politics and power. Cultures are viewed within the context of social change and the impact of the global world on localized cultures with varied levels of social complexity.
