MUSC 232 - Brass Techniques(1 cr)Designed for music majors to acquaint them with the pedagogical principles of brass performance. The student performs on all the brass instruments during the semester. The method of organization involves two tracks: the development of the manipulative skills and the study of teaching techniques associated with instrumental music as related uniquely to the brasses. Public ensemble performance is expected.Prerequisites: Music major.
