(3 cr)A study of themes in contemporary American poetry from World War II to present. Discussion will include the influence of postmodernism, postcolonialism, and emergence of ethnic literatures on contemporary American Poetry. The course will also explore experimental poetry.Prerequisites: ENGL 301.
