(3 cr)A course designed to enhance critical thinking, reading, and writing skills through exposure to a diverse range of great ideas. Students will also study the major types of expository writing, both Eastern and Western.Prerequisites: Satisfactory score on the ACT, SAT, ASSET, or ACCUPLACER tests or satisfactory grade in Introduction to Critical Composition, ACFN 010. Prerequisite to all other English courses.
